Head & Assistant Guide Instructor | Various Sa Locations

is currently in search of & for a reputable Guide Training School in Southern Africa These positions call for professionals who can combine hands-on camp management with the ability to create immersive learning experiences that inspire students to connect deeply with nature. The roles involve overseeing the daily running of the camp, including maintenance of infrastructure, vehicles, and equipment, along with the safe management of firearms and ammunition. The instructors will liaise with Reserve Management on concession matters, supervise camp staff, and mentor students or volunteers on placement to ensure their development. At the core of the position is training delivery, planning and facilitating daily activities, leading lectures, managing assessments, and ensuring all academic requirements and administration are completed. Minimum Requirements Head Instructors NQF 4, VPDA, FGASA Level 3, Advanced Trails Guide and Current Advanced Rifle Handling (or very close to attain these) 5 years related industry experience Current NDT Registration Current PDP Current FGASA Membership Assistant Instructors NQF 2, FGASA Level 1 preferably Level 2, FGASA Trails Guide and Current Advanced Rifle Handling Guiding and other related industry experience Current NDT Registration Current PDP (desirable) Current FGASA Membership Salaries – Dependent on experience and qualifications ➡️ PLEASE NOTE: Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
