They are a strong leader with excellent communication skills, capable of supporting smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Proactive, adaptable, and safety-conscious, they uphold high standards and thrive in a remote bush environment. EXPERIENCE · Diploma in Hotel or Food & Beverage Management · At least 5 years supervisory experience with significant luxury/camp experience. · Charismatic with exception guest relations and hosting skills · Excellent operations and administrative skills · Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a remote setting · Strong financial acumen and ability to manage camp budgets and cost control · High energy, positive, dynamic. · Ability to work in remote locations for extended periods · Sound employment history with contactable references.
