Duty Manager ( With strength in F&B Duties) We are a 20 Bed Luxury Lodge looking for the right person to join our team. We offer safari activities and cater for all meals. Responsibilities/ Duties: Overseeing kitchen operations, Menu Planning, Food Stock takes & stores organising, Food Orders, Shopping trips, Food costs & supplier costing comparisons, Assisting in kitchen when needed, Ensuring high food standards - quality control, Kitchen organisation, Admin - computer skills, Front of house, duties, back of house duties,in supervisory capacity (ie not a receptionist or waiter), Hosting guests, Checking in & out, Guest activity coordinating & dietaries. Skills Strong admin skills, F&B experience, Chefing/kitchen experience, Prefer Non smoker/ Non drinker, Must have a valid drivers licence Includes: Live in, 7 days off per month, 1.25 Annual leave days per month., Meals on duty Drivers licence essential Must be accustomed to living in a small town, away from the city.
