Chef

We are a 20 bed luxury lodge that offer safaris. We are looking for a permanent, live in chef who has experience in a lodge environment. The chef needs to have had experience in all areas (breakfast, lunches, baking and mains) . Min 3 years experience in a lodge environment. You will not be required to do food orders but will be expected to follow recipes and keep your kitchen clean and orderly and maintain a high standard of food prep and hygene. Traceable references and must be a non drinker and a non smoker. Please send through an updated CV, with a copy of your ID.
