Duty Manager - Eastern Cape

A 4* lodge with 12 rooms, also offering day safaris with lunch, is seeking an experienced game lodge manager meeting the following specifications: Tertiary qualification an advantage Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in game lodges, or hospitality establishments Experience in Front Office as well as F&B management in supervisory capacity (ie not a receptionist or waiter) Strong on guest liaison Drivers licence essential Must be accustomed to living in a remote area away from the city.
