Job Title: Accountant CPT Location: City of Cape Town, Constantia, Constantia Nek Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Accounting Secondary Industry: Accounting Job Duties: Preparing financial statements and reports Managing accounts payable and receivable Reconciling bank statements Assisting with budgeting and forecasting Conducting financial analysis Ensuring compliance with financial regulations Providing support during audits Required Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) Proven experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles Excellent attention to detail Proficiency in accounting software Education: Degree in Accounting or Finance Experience: Minimum of 5 years in accounting Knowledge and Skills: Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Accounting or Finance Experience in a multinational company Working Conditions: This role is based in an office setting, working standard office hours. Some overtime may be required during peak periods such as month-end and year-end closings. The Accountant CPT will report to the Finance Manager and collaborate with other members of the finance team.
