Housekeeping Manager

Hospitality and Outdoor – New Vacancy – Housekeeping Manager Luxury Lodge – Mpumalanga Requirements • Matric – essential • Certificate or diploma in hospitality management or related field (preferred) • Minimum of 2-3 years supervisory experience in housekeeping, preferably within the hospitality industry • Proficient in MS Office and Email • Exceptional Guest Relation skills • Effective communication skills both verbal and written • Excellent organisational and time management skills • Strong leadership and team management skills • Strong problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and operational issues • Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays • Must be physically fit and capable of performing housekeeping duties, including lifting and moving items • Sound knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols in housekeeping • Familiarity with inventory control and budget management principles Package on offer • R 15 780 pm DOE • On site accommodation (two-bedroom apartment with small garden) • Uniform • 13th Cheque subject to Director’s approval • Provident Fund – company contribution 10%, effective after completion of 3-month probation period Start date: ASAP
