is assisting a Boutique Hotel in Zanzibar, to recruit an experienced & energetic to join their team A boutique property in the heart of Stone Town is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Operations Manager to support the General Manager and ensure the smooth running of daily hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, a strong commitment to high service standards, and a genuine customer-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a service-driven hospitality professional to join a well-respected brand and play a key role in maintaining exceptional guest experiences and operational standards. & · Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and motivate on-site teams to deliver seamless service. · Proven experience overseeing daily Front Office and F&B operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest service. · Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to service excellence, and a customer-focused approach with the ability to anticipate guest needs. · Solid understanding of financial control, administrative procedures, and strategic operational planning. · Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a high level of autonomy and back-office management capability. · Ability to identify operational issues and implement effective improvement or recovery plans in collaboration with management. · A stable work history and contactable references.
