Job Description
Catering Stores Administrator - KZN We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Catering Stores Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety regulations and experience in a similar administrative role. Responsibilities - Manage and maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP and allergen management - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries - Maintain a clean and organized storage environment, adhering to health and safety standards - Provide administrative support to the catering team, including data entry and reporting - Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless service delivery Requirements - 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a catering or food service environment - Strong understanding of food safety regulations, including HACCP and allergen management - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
