Key Responsibilities Manage daily catering operations within a healthcare environment Ensure the delivery of safe, nutritious, and high-quality meals aligned with patient dietary requirements Oversee compliance with food safety, hygiene, and healthcare regulations Lead and develop on-site kitchen and service teams Collaborate with hospital management and clinical staff to support patient wellness through food Monitor budgets, stock control, and supplier performance Drive service excellence and continuous improvement in patient and staff satisfaction Requirements Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in catering management, preferably in a healthcare or institutional setting Strong understanding of special dietary needs , including therapeutic diets and allergen management Proven leadership and team management skills Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and healthcare food safety protocols Excellent communication and client relationship skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment Why Join Fedics Healthwise?
