Plumbing Material Specialist

Job Description Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Plumbing Material Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing material lists, help sourcing materials from multiple vendors, and ensuring smooth operations for our projects and customers. This role involves working closely with blueprints and translating these into accurate material sheets. Key Responsibilities: Create accurate plumbing material lists, including pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures off blueprints. collaborate with suppliers for current part numbers and pricing. Coordinate materials with specifications and submittal documents Assist in material submittal submissions, handle any revisions and provide closeout submittals at completion of project. Assist in troubleshooting material-related issues on job sites. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Experience in Plumbing, construction knowledge is a must. Strong understanding of plumbing materials and their applications. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage inventory systems Strong negotiation and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
