One of our largest banking clients is looking for a Sr. PM to join their Enterprise Real Estate & Workplace Transformation team. They are looking for someone with a strong background in Enterprise Real Estate and Workplace Transformation to help support 32 different workstreams move into a new corporate office. Division - Enterprise Real Estate & Workplace Transformation What does the LOB do?: Supports internal teams in getting ready to move to new. Two primary functions: 1. Business unit facing for initiative – communication with impacted internal business units – communication with all teams moving, from executives to business manager teams. 2. Workstream integration – alignment across 23 workstreams, to identify and extract business-facing components, needs, and timelines. Job Description: You will be joining an outstanding team working on Enterprise Real Estate and Workplace Transformation. As a Project Manager, you will provide critical project management support for the Integration team. The primary responsibility for this position is to manage, develop and maintain the related project plan, monitor performance, identify risks and manage reporting. The role works with minimal direction on complex projects, providing expert level knowledge of project management principles, standards, and business consulting through considerable project delivery experience. The Project Manager uses significant latitude to control projects, conduct status reviews, provide business guidance, identify any deviations to the project plan, and recommend corrective action to mitigate potential issues. The role analyzes situations and data to prepare and deliver executive level presentations to keep management informed of project status, changes, and milestone achievements. How you'll succeed • Project Management – Outline project goals, terms of reference, resource requirements, and costs. Create a resource plan that ensures all stakeholders have a voice on the project. Assess the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by a team, and provide guidance that will continuously improve the project plan. • Collaboration – Help internal partners make informed decisions about the development of programs, products, and services. Coach and mentor your teams as you work toward a common goal. Negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary. • Project Coordination – Proactively identify risks to the project schedule and find ways to mitigate them. Monitor milestones; ensure they’re completed according to timelines and budgets. Execute a project plan that strikes the right balance between budget, time, and risk. • Communication and Persuasion – Share ideas, build consensus, and write with impact. Chair meetings and • Relationships – Develop trusted working relationships with business stakeholders and technology partners. • Leadership – For those candidates with significant experience, train and mentor colleagues. Who you are • You have 5-10 years’ experience in Project Management. You can demonstrate a deep understanding of the practices, procedures, and principles required to successfully deliver large projects, from planning to implementation. Ability to analyze detailed concepts, quickly resolve project issues, and assess the advantages and disadvantages of solutions • You have a degree/diploma in a related field of study. Must Have Requirement: • 7-10 years’ experience as a PM in cross-functional environments. • Experience in real estate or workplace transformation/relocation projects. • Working experience engaging with executives and senior stakeholders across business units. • Proficiency in MS tools - PowerPoint and Project experience. • Development and execution of detailed project plans. Nice to Have: • Previous FI experience. • PMP certification. Soft Skills: • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to connect details to broader impacts. • Independent, self-motivated, and quick to learn. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • High attention to detail.
