About the Role CoinFlip operates one of the largest crypto ATM networks globally (5500 ATMs), focused on secure and accessible digital currency transactions. We operate 28 ATMs in South Africa and are hiring 3 Call Center Agents to join our Cape Town support team. Youll handle inbound calls and messages from our customers in the US and Australia. Responsibilities Answer customer and field service calls professionally and efficiently Provide troubleshooting assistance for crypto ATM transactions and system alerts Log issues and escalate to the technical team when required Maintain accurate communication records Deliver empathetic, solutions-focused support Cross and up-sell CoinFlip services where appropriate Process basic KYC and compliance reviews Employment Details 2.5 weeks leave per year (real leave we leave you alone completely to have fun) Promotions and increase reviews twice yearly Performance-based incentives on top of CTC salary Training provided Reports directly to the National Operations Manager Equipment provided on site (none needed by the candidate) Full-time, based in Cape Town office (Tiger Valley) 24/7 security-monitored premises Shift-based scheduling (nighttime and weekends, 5 days per week, 40 hours per week) Graveyard shift probable for the first 9 months. No overtime required. Graduates to the front of the queue) Exposure to international customers a bonus No criminal record (unless you can explain why we should consider you anyway very carefully) You must be legally permitted to work in South Africa on application
