This role will drive cohesion across entity-level HR teams and spearhead group-level initiatives, with a strong focus on Talent Management, Learning & Development and Total Rewards. As we expand into other Southeast Asia markets, the VP, Group HR will play a pivotal role in building scalable, consistent and future-ready HR practices. The role requires someone who brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution and who can operate independently while partnering effectively with senior leaders and country HR teams. Responsibilities Provide strategic HR leadership at the group level, with emphasis on Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards. Partner with country / entity level HR teams to uplift capabilities in succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement. Serve as a trusted HR partner to senior management and key group functions, providing strategic guidance on people initiatives that support business goals. Drive group-level policies, frameworks, and initiatives that ensure alignment and consistency across all countries and business units. Support regional expansion into new Southeast Asian markets by establishing scalable HR practices. Monitor and analyse HR metrics across the group to inform leadership decisions and measure initiative impact. Oversee general HR administration for corporate offices to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and group HR policies across all markets. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience. Preference for prior experience within a MNC environment, ideally covering Southeast Asia. Strong generalist HR expertise, with demonstrated strengths or exposure in Talent Management and L&D. Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate independently, work across cultures, and thrive in a matrixed organisation. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.
