Pay Information $1,822 per week About The Position Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession: RN Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 13 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, NIH Certification Must-Have: Successful completion of a rhythm test Description: Unit capacity is 36 beds. The population served includes adult and geriatric medical/surgical patients. Ages of patients served range from young adult through late adult (18 - 60). The nurse to patient ratio is 1:6. The core staffing plan includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, patient care technicians, and nurse interns. An RN assumes full responsibility for the patients on each team. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required. Successful completion of a rhythm test is mandatory.
