Job Description

Job Title: Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Profession: Technologist Specialty: Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Duration: Permanent Shift: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active State License Certifications: ARRT Certification Must-Have: - Valid driver's license in good standing - Vaccination against COVID-19 or approved exemption Description: Serves over 7,500 care facilities nationwide. Autonomy and a variety of patients. Job security with a great team. Provides mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes and other facilities. Performs and processes X-Rays using portable digital or computed radiography equipment. Submits and transmits X-Rays to a Radiologist for interpretation. Unloads portable X-Ray equipment to perform exams ordered by physicians. Must obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent x-ray images. Performs EKGs as needed and transmits them to a Cardiologist for interpretation. Scans exam-related paperwork daily per protocol. Communicates regularly with dispatch and management. Interacts professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients. Maintains vehicle and X-Ray equipment. Physical Demands: May push/pull weights ranging from 50 to 100 lbs. Using vehicle ramps and pulleys reduces weight. May encounter increased weight while maneuvering equipment within facilities or homes. May exert 50 lbs of force or more multiple times a day.
