Candidates must have experience in labor monitoring and couplet care. Patient ratios include a 1:1 ratio for active labor and 3:1 for couplet care. The equipment used includes intermediate fetal monitoring and electronic health records. Candidates must have up-to-date titers within the last 12 months for MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB. A 10-panel drug test, including opiates, is required. All background checks must be cleared prior to starting; no exceptions. Mandatory reporter certifications for both child and adult are required.
