Responsibilities: Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions for diverse client populations. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs. Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their concerns. Requirements: Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. Current licensure as an LMHC or LMFT in New York State. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outpatient mental health settings. Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for helping others and promoting mental health awareness. Flexibility to accommodate a part-time schedule with evening and weekend availability.
