Mental Health Therapist

Job Description Job Description Salary: $50-$55 Key Responsibilities: Provide individual therapy services to clients of all ages (adults, children, and adolescents) using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Collaborate with the Family Centered Specialist and other team members to develop, implement, and monitor effective treatment plans. Maintain timely and accurate client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines. Participate in regular case consultations, staff meetings, and professional development activities. Engage with clients and, when appropriate, their families, to ensure a comprehensive approach to mental health care. Assist with the coordination of services and referrals to support clients' overall well-being. Qualifications: Must be an LCPC or LCSW-C Valid state licensure as a therapist. Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Must be credentialed or eligible for credentialing on major insurance panels. (Note: Our office staff will assist with the credentialing process, which may take up to 4 months.)
