You’ll lead industrial and commercial projects across the Southeastern U.S., managing teams, driving safety, and delivering high-quality electrical installations. What You’ll Do: Lead field operations for industrial and commercial electrical projects from start to finish Supervise and mentor crews of electricians and apprentices Plan and schedule labor, materials, and equipment Ensure job site safety and enforce electrical codes and compliance Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical issues on-site Maintain detailed project reports and daily logs Interface with project managers, vendors, and clients Represent Schaffhouser’s reputation for excellence on every site What Sets This Role Apart: 100% Travel : Work in dynamic environments across the Southeast Leadership Role : Be a key decision-maker in the field Career Stability : Join a company known for long-term employee success Well-Respected Team : Work with skilled professionals and veterans What We’re Looking For: 10 years of electrical contracting experience, 4 years in a supervisory role Strong industrial electrical experience (commercial experience a plus) High school diploma required; apprenticeship or associate degree preferred Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and safety protocols Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work alongside your team Comfortable with technology: tablets, mobile apps, Microsoft Office (Procore is a plus) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to travel full-time and manage rotating job sites Compensation & Benefits: $40–$45/hour DOE $7,500 Sign-On Bonus Overtime opportunities Per diem and paid travel expenses Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Advancement opportunities in a growing company ️ Are you ready to take the next step in your electrical career?
