Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Set and achieve personal and professional growth targets. Conduct regular assessments to track client progress and adjust plans accordingly. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes. Work independently while contributing to team success. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Monitor and report on key performance indicators regularly. Adapt to changing environments and client needs. Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness. Experience/Qualifications Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification required. Willing to work in California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) Strong ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Proven track record of achieving personal and professional growth targets. Ability to maintain accurate and confidential client records. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Adaptability to changing client needs and environments. Competence in monitoring and reporting key performance indicators. Experience in community outreach and mental health promotion. What's in it for you?
