Qualifications/Experience Needed: Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience Relevant Unix/Linux/Red Hat certification ITIL process knowledge and work experience (advantageous) Minimum 8 Years’ experience in an operations environment Essential Skills: Proven experience with Unix/Linux operating systems (SUSE) VCS/VCP Qualification in Veritas Infoscale Storage and Availability or equivalent experience (5 years in a service provider environments) in predominantly linux environments Proven experience in operations or process management in complex production environments Tolerance for managing high and critical incidents in high-pressure environments Extensive experience in IT-Operations, standby support and ticket management Proficiency in scripting languages such as Terraform, Python, Bash, or PowerShell Excellent organizational, multitasking, and decision-making abilities Understanding and adapting to PIC processes Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter Advantageous Skills: Deep ITSM knowledge, preferably in ServiceNow or Remedy Experience with SAP and Oracle systems in terms of management, maintenance, OS patching and day to day monitoring Confluence / Jira Multi-tasking Leadership Stakeholder and Provider steering and KPI delivery management Experience with public and private cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS)
