How you'll role As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in promoting and selling the clients' products and services within the designated region, including cross-border territories. Your role will focus on improving market positions, achieving financial growth, and setting strategic sales objectives. You will actively seek new clients, manage existing relationships, and collaborate with various internal teams to maximize sales opportunities. A deep understanding of market conditions and customer needs will be essential, alongside an aptitude for sales and an ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment. What you'll do Promote and sell products and services in the designated region Define strategic sales and promotional goals for the area Prospect new clients through networking, cold calling, and social media Identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close deals Maintain extensive knowledge of market conditions within the region Collaborate with service, marketing, and parts departments to increase sales Manage existing clients to ensure satisfaction and positive relationships Conduct market research to identify potential sales and customer needs Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services Participate in exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company Negotiate to close deals and address client objections or complaints Gather and report feedback from customers to internal teams Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets What you'll need Excellent communication and organizational skills Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role Proficiency in English and Afrikaans Excellent knowledge of MS Office Hands-on experience with CRM software is advantageous Understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques Ability to manage sales funnels and advance sales stages Quick learner with a passion for sales Knowledge of Forestry & Biomass industries is a plus Self-motivated and results-driven with strong presentation skills Matric qualification or higher
