Talent Counselor

We’re Hiring: Talent Advisor First 6 months 100% on-site (Lomas Verdes, Naucalpan & Insurgentes), then hybrid work model. We’re growing and looking for a committed, organized, and people-oriented professional to join our team as a Talent Advisor . This role is key to our operations — supporting employees and clients while ensuring a warm, efficient, and professional experience. You’ll also be part of a consulting environment , which means a fast learning curve, exposure to multiple areas, and participation in strategic projects. Requirements: 3 years of experience in HR roles (personnel administration, generalist, employee support) Advanced English (required) Basic knowledge of payroll and Mexican Labor Law (preferred) Basic to intermediate Excel skills Self-driven, proactive, analytical thinker with attention to detail Responsibilities: Personnel administration and incident tracking Pre-payroll validation Employee support and follow-up Answering HR-related questions and process support Reporting, documentation, and client communication Posting job openings and recruitment support (only when required) What we offer: Direct contract with Pay Human 100% IMSS registration from day one Grocery vouchers (5%) Annual bonus (up to 40 days) English scholarship Life insurance Paid day off on your birthday Mental health support Ongoing training Development and growth plan We believe in the power of human talent and in walking alongside people through every step of their journey.
