Job Description Job Description Memory Care Director – Immediate Opportunity Bronx, NY | $70,000–$80,000 | Sunday–Thursday We’re seeking an experienced Memory Care Director to lead our assisted living memory care program. This role is responsible for overseeing care for residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive impairments while ensuring a supportive, person-centered environment. What You’ll Do: Lead and mentor staff in dementia care best practices. Manage care and services for 49 residents. Develop and monitor individualized care plans. Partner with therapy, dining, and activity teams to enhance resident quality of life. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and state regulations. Communicate effectively with families and healthcare providers. What We’re Looking For: LMSW or healthcare/administrative background preferred. Certification in dementia or Alzheimer’s care highly desirable. Leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, or skilled nursing. Strong organizational and communication skills.
