TravelNurseSource is working with Ventura MedStaff to find a qualified Other RN in Lebanon, New Hampshire, 03756! Pay Information $1,460 to $1,660 per week About The Position Travel LPN is needed for 13 weeks to start ASAP in a facility in New Hampshire. NH or compact license is required at submission. BLS is required. Minimum 2 years Urologic patient care experience is required. shifts are 8am-5pm. 40 hours per week are guaranteed. Triage (both phone and patient) experience is required. Level I or II Trauma Center experience is required. Teaching Hospital experience is preferred. Epic experience is required. Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED Traveler will need to find their own coverage from available staff (approved by Manager) for RTO after assignment starts. Urology Section provides diagnostic and therapeutic services for urologic disorders in adults. Services Include but are not limited to: Female pelvic floor reconstruction, Genitourinary neoplasms, Kidney stones, Erectile dysfunction, General urology (GU), Incontinence (male and female), Medical and surgical treatment of kidney stone disease, Minimally invasive surgery (robotic/laparoscopic surgery, endoscopic, percutaneous surgery), Laser surgery for BPH, Male infertility, Pediatric urology, Reconstructive Urology, including urethral stricture disease, Stone disease, Urologic oncology, including laparoscopic prostatectomy. Clinics include: Multidisciplinary kidney stone clinic, Prostate cancer screening clinic, Multidisciplinary GU tumor clinics (bladder, kidney, prostate).
