Advanced Clinical Practitioner Location : GP Practices within Liverpool Hours : Monday to Friday 0800-1830 Are you an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner looking for a new role? Join our dedicated team providing triage services within various GP Practices within Liverpool. Role Overview: Conduct face-to-face clinical assessments and examinations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Prescribe medications (V300 qualification required) Order and interpret diagnostic investigations Provide health promotion and disease prevention advice Support urgent care and same-day access clinics What We’re Looking For: Prescribing qualification (V300) – essential Diagnostics experience – essential Comfortable working independently and making clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment NMC, HCPC or GPHC Registered Experience within Primary Care Apply now and be part of a team that values clinical excellence and patient safety.
