The Role As an Employment Lawyer, you’ll deliver timely, high-quality legal advice across a broad spectrum of employment matters. You’ll manage a varied caseload, contribute to the firm’s growth, and maintain strong client relationships. ?? What You’ll Be Doing Advising on: Settlement agreements TUPE, redundancy & business reorganisations Dismissal, discrimination & grievance claims Contracts, handbooks & restrictive covenants ACAS Early Conciliation & absence management Managing your own caseload with autonomy and support ?? About You Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 2 years plus PQE Minimum 2 years’ employment law experience Proficient in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office ?? Interested?
