Deputy Head of Pharmacy Clinical Trials Location : London Hours : 37.5 per week Salary : £71,921 - £83,362 Are you an experienced pharmacist with a passion for clinical trials and innovation in healthcare? We’re looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Deputy Head of Pharmacy Clinical Trials to lead and manage our client's pharmacy clinical trials service across Hammersmith and Charing Cross Hospitals. Job details: Lead the setup, governance, and delivery of commercial and non-commercial clinical trials. Ensure compliance with GCP, GMP, ICH and UK medicines legislation. Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to trial sponsors, investigators, and Trust staff. Manage and develop the pharmacy clinical trials team, including recruitment and appraisals. Oversee financial governance, contracts, and service level agreements. What we are looking for: Essential: Registered pharmacist (GPhC) Extensive experience in UK with set up and management of clinical trials within a pharmacy setting Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills Deep understanding of GCP, GMP, and UK medicines legislation GMP training and aseptic/oncology experience Comprehensive experience as a hospital pharmacist, to include at least dispensary/ aseptic and ward experience and active experience of using a wide range of healthcare electronic systems Ability to manage a team If you would like to know more about this role, please apply and send across your CV and a member of the team will be in touch!
