Campaign Assistant/ Executive

Were looking for a creative, proactive, and social-media-obsessed Campaign Assistant/ Executive to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role for a UK-based compan y perfect for someone whos self-motivated, organised, and passionate about digital culture. Youll help bring social media campaigns to life for a variety of clients, working closely with influencers/ creators, and our internal team. If you live and breathe TikTok trends, can spot a good creator from miles away, and love crafting engaging content wed love to meet you! This role would suit a young marketing professional or new university graduate. What Youll Be Doing Youll support the team across a wide range of campaign activities, including: Influencer Discovery & Outreach finding and contacting the right creators for client briefs. This is a key part of the role. Scriptwriting for Ads writing authentic and engaging scripts for short-form videos across industries. Another key skill area. Video Editing creating short video cuts, adding music and captions, and polishing influencer content to ensure high-performing creative assets. Super important! Campaign Support writing influencer briefs, captions, and hashtags. Community Management monitoring and responding to comments on TikTok and Meta for active campaigns. Reporting & Analysis helping summarise campaign results and insights. Social Media Management helping maintain the agencys own social presence and marketing efforts. Platform Operations supporting the day-to-day running and promotion of our internal agency tool/platform. (Experience with TikTok Ad Manager or Meta Ad Manager is a plus, but not required well teach you!) What Were Looking For You might be the perfect fit if you: Have a strong work ethic and take initiative (youre a self-starter who thrives in remote settings). Have excellent written English and a keen eye for detail. Are chronically online you understand trends, creators, and what makes TikTok content perform. Are fun, personable, and comfortable in client-facing situations. Are eager to learn, adaptable, and quick to pick up new tools and concepts.
