Job Description

Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. Build and manage tracking and analytics (GTM, GA4, UTM links) to ensure data accuracy and insight. Collaborate with creative and strategic teams to align ad performance with brand storytelling. Develop clear, actionable KPI dashboards and performance reports. Test, iterate, and refine campaigns to improve ROI. Support automation processes (Mailchimp, CRM triggers, and workflows). What Youll Bring Minimum 5 years of agency experience in Paid Ads or Performance Marketing. Google Ads Certification (or equivalent) and advanced proficiency in GTM and GA4. Strong analytical mindset confident working with data and optimization tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate numbers into narratives. A stable, self-managing approach structured, focused, and reliable. A genuine passion for travel, nature, and purpose-driven marketing.
