Job Description

Minimum Requirements: HR diploma/degree (essential). At least 5 years HR generalist experience, preferably in food/agri/manufacturing. Practical knowledge of SA labour law and payroll. Strong MS Office, admin, and people skills. Key Responsibilities: Handle onboarding, and exits. Advise staff and managers on HR policies and labour law. Support payroll and leave administration. Including managing data from the clock-in system. Oversee HR data, contracts, and compliance reporting. Manage employee relations, discipline, and grievance processes. Mentor the HR Admin and promote positive workplace culture.
