Quality Specialist - Japanese

The Last Mile Analytics & Quality Team in Hyderabad is looking for a Transportation Quality Specialist who will act as the first level support for driver and delivery-related programs. Your solutions will impact our customers directly! This role requires the ability to learn quickly, work on multiple tasks, and coordinate with various groups during high-impact production issues. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure. They should be proactive in identifying problems and implementing solutions to prevent outages, and committed to improving customer experience. Key job responsibilities include: - Fluency in Japanese with JLPT N3 certification - Analyzing case-level inputs to identify causes of business problems and improve delivery and customer experience - Highlighting opportunities for improvement to managers - Collaborating with multiple resources and conducting basic analyses to enhance program efficiency - Performing root-cause analyses when data is available Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree and fluency in Japanese - 10-24 months of work experience - Good communication skills for facilitating information flow between teams - Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) - Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment Preferred Qualifications: - Experience analyzing case inputs and conducting root-cause analyses - Logistics background and lean/six sigma training are a plus - Basic knowledge of SQL Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
