Urgent Care Physician

Role: Medical Director Location: Modesto / Ceres, CA Mission: Join Client and receive an additional $20K bonus annually for 5 years! Enjoy a 4-day work week option and lead a team across two locations while delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth. Key Focus: Spend most of your time clinically treating patients while dedicating the remainder to quality improvements and center business growth. Collaborate with the Center Leadership Team to drive exceptional patient care and operational excellence. Schedule: Weekdays only: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (4-day work week option available). No nights, weekends, holidays, or call. Salary Range: 250 , 000.00 t o 250 , 000.00 t o 325,000.00 annually (including Director Stipend, depending on experience, location, and other factors).
