Travel Certified Surgical Technologist - $2,446 per week

Talent4Health is seeking a travel Certified Surgical Technologist for a travel job in Wausau, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Certified Surgical Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 10/27/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40 hrs Shift Requirements: Monday – Friday usually 700-1530, but some times flexed depending on the case types Float Requirements: May be required to float to all Central Aspirus locations if needed. On Call/Call-Back: On Call/Call-Back: 1 night of call per week, 1 weekend per month, 1 back up per week. Could on occasion need additional call. 30 min response time meaning traveler must be ready and in the OR within that 30 min. Weekend/Holiday: every 3-4th weekend (about 1 weekend peer month). Holiday rotation Required Certifications: AHA BLS, CST license preferred Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum Experience: 2 years, travel experience preferred • Experience in Vascular and basic general OR skills - required • Endovascular skills (usually acquired in the Cath Lab setting) beneficial, but willing to train the right candidate level 2 trauma experience preferred Traveler must have their own vehicle and can not rely on Uber/Lyft due to on call responsibilities. Charting/Equipment: NA - facility uses epic charting Unit Specific Skillset: Efficient in setting up an operative suite for patients, accountable for going through case carts to ensure all supplies are available, efficient in scrubbing surgical cases in a variety of specialties, turning over rooms for multiple procedures throughout the day.
