Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room in New Bedford, MA

Job Title: Registered Nurse • Operating Room (Day Shift) Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for their Operating Room. This is a 14•week contract position with a day shift schedule (7:00am•3:30pm). The role requires participation in an on•call rotation. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high•quality patient care within the Operating Room • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures Requirements: • Active RN License in MA • BLS and ACLS certifications • Minimum of 2 years of experience in General Surgery, GYN, GU, Ortho, Neuro, Thoracic, ENT, Trauma, Robotic, Vascular (Scrub and Circulate) • Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not required • COVID•19 vaccination is mandatory Additional Information: • Free parking is available • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided • The EMR system in use is EPIC • The facility handles case types such as neurosurgery, cardiology, children’s health services, orthopedic, and general surgery • Travelers may be required to float within the hospital but not to different locations Please note that hours are not guaranteed, and extension opportunities may be available but are not guaranteed.
