Health & Safety Manager £65,000 - £70,000 Package Leading Main Contractor | Data Centres & industrial Build Projects from £50m–£250m Industrial build, data centre main contractor. The Opportunity: A leading Industrial build (steel frame) and data centre main contractor, Known for delivering landmark construction schemes ranging from £50m to £250m in value, is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all site-based health, safety, and environmental functions Conduct regular audits, inspections, and investigations Implement best practice and drive continuous improvement across sites Deliver training and toolbox talks for site staff and subcontractors Support tendering and pre-construction with HSEQ input as needed What You’ll Need: Experience in a main contracting environment (essential) Strong knowledge of UK construction H&S regulations NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential) IOSH membership (desirable) Able to travel between sites as required Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills What’s On Offer: Salary between £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience Full package including car allowance, pension, healthcare & more Opportunity to work on flagship UK construction projects Progression into senior HSEQ leadership roles
