Support Worker

We are currently looking for multiple Health Care Assistants in and around the Taunton area. We have on going/ ad hoc shifts available. Responsibilities: * Assisting healthcare professionals in providing care to patients * Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, feeding and medication administration. * Providing emotional support to patients and their families * Assisting with mobility and transferring patients * Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients * Documenting patient information accurately and timely Experience/Qualifications: * Mandatory Care Certificate (Training can be provided) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work well in a team environment * Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions * Enhanced DBS (Assistance provided) Other Information: * Multiple shifts on offer – days or nights * Pay up to £14.00 per hour * Weekend availability If you are interest in our exciting opportunity in Taunton, please call the Didcot team on (phone number removed) Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
