Management Accountant

Management Accountant | Sevenoaks / Hybrid | £50k-£60k depending on exp Were seeking a Management Accountant to join a collaborative finance team and support key business decisions through insightful reporting and analysis. As a Management Accountant, youll play a vital role in month-end processes, variance analysis, and departmental reporting. Key Responsibilities Assist with month-end accounting, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations Develop and maintain departmental reporting and forecasting tools Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support budget management Maintain and reconcile sales forecast models Support budgeting and year-end audit processes Enhance reporting capabilities using Power BI Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards Contribute to strategic financial modelling and decision-making The Ideal Candidate ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified (qualified or QBE considered) Experience in management accounting within a commercial environment Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Excellent communication and analytical skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
