Job Title: Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Leyton Salary: Competitive (Based on experience) Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (Starting October 2025) About the Role: Educators Connected is currently recruiting for an Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a lovely primary school based in Leyton. The role is a long term, full-time position starting in October 2025. The successful candidate will be providing one-to-one support for a student within KS2, who requires additional assistance within the classroom and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about making a difference in students' lives. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare learning materials under the guidance of the teacher. * Provide one-to-one support inside and outside the classroom. * Adapt support according to individual student needs, ensuring personalised care. * Support the pupils’ physical, social, and emotional well-being. * Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment. * Assist teachers by providing information and helping with teaching tasks. * Keep accurate records of student progress and attend review meetings. What We Require: * Previous experience working with students with SEN. * Relevant training or qualifications within SEN (e.g., SENCO, SEN Support). * At least 2 years of references. * Right to work in the UK. * A valid DBS Certificate (on the update service) Why Work with Educators Connected?
