Benefits Attractive Salary Package Company Benefits & Incentives Career Progression Opportunities Multiple Brands Available (International / Premium / Neighborhood) Multiple Locations Islandwide Working Day: 5 Days (Mon - Fri) Requirements Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or equivalent certificates recognized by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) Principal - ADECL / DECCE-L / DPL Responsibilities Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives Lead a team of early childhood teachers in providing quality education, holistic development, and care for the children Responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the preschool Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents to ensure concerns, issues and feedback are addressed on a timely basis appropriately.
