YOUR TASKS Provide Support for México, USA, Brasil payroll process as required. Implementation of compensation and benefits program and activities according to global framework and taking legal requirements into account. Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data in order to provide support with creation of salary budgets and forecasts. Administration of benfits programs Organizational structure and salary scale management. Participation in global process related to Compensation and Benefits Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred MS-Office, SAP. experience essential. 3-4 years multinational compensation experience.
