Role Summary: As a Deputy Venue Manager for FIFA World Cup 26™, you will serve as the right hand to the Venue Manager, ensuring the seamless translation of FIFA’s premium hospitality guidelines and operational plans into exceptional, end-to-end guest experiences. You will be instrumental in coordinating and aligning all guest-facing functions—from access and hosting to catering, design, gifting, and entertainment—bringing FIFA’s vision to life inside and around the stadium. Key Responsibilities: As a Deputy Venue Manager for FIFA World Cup 26™, you will serve as the right hand to the Venue Manager, ensuring the seamless translation of FIFA’s premium hospitality guidelines and operational plans into exceptional, end-to-end guest experiences. You will be instrumental in coordinating and aligning all guest-facing functions—from access and hosting to catering, design, gifting, and entertainment—bringing FIFA’s vision to life inside and around the stadium. This position is highly collaborative, requiring daily interface with the Venue Manager, FIFA Venue Team, catering service providers, and numerous hospitality stakeholders. You will monitor and report on delivery performance and hospitality KPIs, continuously driving improvement across every stage of the guest journey. Your deep expertise in food & beverage, luxury hospitality, and event operations will ensure every element of the program reflects FIFA’s standards and exceeds guest expectations. Partner with the Venue Manager to implement FIFA WC26 premium hospitality guidelines across all stadium experiences. Coordinate all functions and aspects of the guest journey, including stadium access, greeting, seating, food & beverage, gift programs, entertainment, and departure flow. Act as a daily point of coordination with Venue Catering Service Providers, ensuring menu execution, service levels, and presentation meet FIFA and On Location standards. Proactively identify gaps or opportunities to elevate the guest experience, implementing improvements in real-time in partnership with the Venue Manager. Monitor and track hospitality KPIs (service timing, guest satisfaction, fulfillment accuracy, etc.), reporting findings and recommendations to FIFA and On Location leadership. Ensure FIFA Hospitality Leadership feedback is swiftly operationalized and reflected across all venue hospitality activities. Support planning and execution of site visits, readiness reviews, and event-day command center activities, ensuring all functions are aligned and delivery-ready. Serve as a liaison to venue-based stakeholders (security, logistics, catering, etc.) to streamline operations and remove barriers to guest experience success. Oversee and coordinate the design, set-up, and service flow of hospitality areas, lounges, and suites to guarantee operational excellence. Assist in managing guest experience budgets and contribute to reporting and documentation for all hospitality workstreams. Experience/Qualifications Needed: 5–7 years of experience in luxury hospitality, major sporting events, or premium Catering operations (stadiums, arenas, or global events preferred). Proven track record in guest experience management with the ability to balance FIFA-level standards with operational feasibility. Strong expertise in food & beverage programs, including menu design, service flow, and supplier management. Skilled at coordinating multiple hospitality functions and aligning cross-functional teams under tight timelines. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly with catering providers, venue operators, and FIFA representatives. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with real-time decision-making in dynamic environments. Competent with hospitality reporting and KPI tracking; familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, and dashboards. Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting, guest-facing communications, and internal coordination. Willingness work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, and event days). A collaborative partner who complements the Venue Manager, ensuring no detail is overlooked in hospitality execution. Passionate about elevating every touchpoint of the guest journey, from food quality to ambience to service responsiveness. Operates with a continuous-improvement mindset, leveraging data and feedback to refine the program day by day. Brings composure and adaptability to event operations, maintaining high standards even under pressure. Ability to pass Accreditation process. *This role will be paid as a weekly rate of 38,000 MXN/Weekly, based on 40 hours per week.
