Job Description Job Description If you have experience in estate planning, you may be an excellent addition to our growing law firm. We are looking for a highly analytical candidate with good negotiation and organizing skills who can work full-time. As our estate planning attorney, you will draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for clients and their families. To ensure that an estate's management is handled in accordance with the wishes of the estate owner, this position requires a significant level of responsibility. The applicant we are looking for must have extensive knowledge of estate planning. If this sounds like you, please apply! Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 yearly Responsibilities: Represent clients in court proceedings as needed Advise clients regarding retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options Help solve legal problems for clients through analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of action Communicate with clients about plans for dispersing their assets Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date Qualifications: Working knowledge of title insurance, wills, trusts, property management, and residential and commercial real estate law, including litigation Candidates should be great communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high Estate Planning, probate, and guardianship experience required Medicaid and special needs planning, a plus Must be able to commute to both Miami-Dade and Broward offices to meet with clients About Company Why You’ll Love Working Here Mission With Heart – You’ll see the direct, positive impact of your work on real families.
