Property Manager

Job Description Job Description Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily apartment building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relations, property maintenance, leasing, and ensuring the overall success of the property while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities : Oversee all aspects of daily operations for a multifamily apartment community Manage leasing processes, including advertising vacancies, conducting tours, and processing applications Ensure timely rent collection and handle late payment procedures Maintain regular communication with tenants, addressing complaints, concerns, and service requests promptly Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring the property is well-maintained and safe for residents Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building codes Enforce lease agreements and handle evictions when necessary Prepare and manage property budgets, including operating expenses and capital improvement projects Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts Handle administrative duties, including preparing reports, lease renewals, and other documentation Stay informed on local and state laws affecting property management and ensure compliance with all legal requirements Qualifications : Proven experience in property management, preferably in a multifamily apartment setting Strong knowledge of fair housing laws, leasing, and tenant rights Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, etc.) Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred How to Apply : Send your resume and cover letter
