Position Overview We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and being part of an energetic production environment. You’ll be a key point of contact for clients and help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities Entering Work Orders, Organizing Information Assist clients with quotes, orders, and project updates. Coordinate with the production team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Maintain accurate job details in our project management system. Support event and sports signage projects with scheduling, logistics, and follow-up. Provide friendly, professional customer support at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (some college or relevant experience a plus). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using email, phone, and basic computer programs. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
