Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is proud to partner with a prestigious law firm seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their office in New York City. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to work alongside talented attorneys on a wide range of corporate matters and complex transactions. Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with corporate governance, business planning, and financial and transactional matters. Draft, review, and organize legal documents related to entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate compliance. Conduct due diligence and assist with closing processes. Maintain corporate minute books, resolutions, and other governance documents. Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to support smooth transaction workflows. Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of corporate paralegal experience , with a focus on governance and transactional work. Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently. A proactive team player with a professional demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is strongly preferred. Compensation: salary range- $76,500 to $179,000
