Working Foreperson / Supervisor Plymouth Permanent | Full-Time £40,000 – £45,000 Car Package Sphere Solutions are working with a respected regional contractor to recruit a Working Foreperson / Supervisor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on projects across Devon, ranging from £500k – £4M, within sectors including education, retail, commercial, and industrial. The company has a strong reputation in the South West and delivers both refurbishment and new build projects. The successful candidate will be expected to take a hands-on approach while also managing and supervising projects. Responsibilities * Supervise and manage a small team of trades and directly employed staff. * Be hands-on with the works while leading by example. * Provide trade and construction advice where required. * Ensure Health & Safety compliance on site. * Report to a roving Contracts Manager. * Monitor progress in line with programme and budget. * Support with procurement, liaising with the buying team. Requirements * SMSTS, CSCS Card & First Aid at Work. * Proven construction experience in a Foreman / Supervisor role. * Carpentry background preferred. * Based in or near Plymouth due to site locations.
