Based in our modern Havant office, you’ll play a key role within our expanding division, working on permanent and/or contract recruitment solutions across professional sectors. The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll have the freedom to build your own customer base, develop a personal brand, and grow meaningful relationships with clients and candidates alike. Day to day, you’ll: • Develop new business through proactive sales activity, networking and lead generation. • Manage and grow client relationships across multiple sectors. • Source, interview and place candidates into permanent / contract roles. • Write and advertise vacancies to attract top-quality applicants. • Conduct client visits, interviews and regular follow-up reviews. • Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and drive team performance.
