The Role As a Senior Consultant, you’ll lead from the front — developing business, nurturing client partnerships, and mentoring. Day to day, you’ll: • Take ownership of a defined market and grow it strategically. • Manage your key client accounts and deliver exceptional service standards. • Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional or specialist roles. • Use data, insight, and networking to identify emerging opportunities. • Contribute to divisional strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
